Speckled Trout CLOSURES /FISH KILLS Caused by Frigid Water

Speckled trout are dying off rapidly after bay temps drop from record cold winter. As a result there is a FULL CLOSURE TO SPECKLED TROUT IN VA UNTIL JULY 31 and NC UNTIL JUNE 31. Hopefully they make a speedy recovery and are looking good by july. Alot of the dying fish are trophy sized at that!
